LIRNEasia despite of having heavy investment in virtual technology throughout Asia and the Pacific, the place faces a paradox. While digital equipment have the potential to improve lives, they aren’t a magic bullet. When mixed with different factors, they could empower people.
The region is an economic powerhouse, however also carries South Asia, home to the world’s maximum excessive poverty. Legal barriers and outdated rules regularly restriction get admission to to those technology, hindering development. Efforts are underway to trade this.

Who can Apply?
Eligible candidates may include:

- institutions,
- civil society corporations,
- non-profit groups.
How to Apply?
Interested researchers and practitioners are invited to submit their proposals addressing one or more of the key themes outlined in the CFP. Proposals should demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues at hand, propose innovative methodologies, and outline potential policy implications.
