About the Grant

The Travel Grant for Women Organizations Ukraine 2026 supports representatives of women’s and feminist organizations in attending international conferences, seminars, advocacy meetings and gender equality events. The programme aims to strengthen women’s rights advocacy, expand international partnerships and improve organizational capacity through global engagement. Funding can be used for economy-class travel, accommodation, event registration, travel insurance and other essential travel-related expenses. By enabling participation in international forums, the grant encourages knowledge sharing, fundraising opportunities, policy advocacy and stronger collaboration between Ukrainian and global women’s rights organizations.

Who can Apply?

The Travel Grant for Women Organizations Ukraine 2026 is open to women’s rights activists, feminist leaders, representatives of women’s human rights organizations and members of women’s networks working in Ukraine. Eligible organizations must be officially registered in Ukraine, operate independently of political parties and government institutions, and focus on women’s rights protection or gender equality promotion. Professional women’s associations may apply if they follow feminist principles and actively support women’s rights. Individual activists or experts may receive funding up to two times per year. Applicants should clearly demonstrate their contribution to Ukraine’s women’s movement.

How to Apply?

Applicants should identify a relevant international event related to women’s rights or gender equality and explain how participation will strengthen advocacy, networking and organizational development. The application should describe expected outcomes, planned knowledge sharing and the relevance of the event. Eligible organizations or activists must submit the required information following the Ukrainian Women’s Fund application process. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by an expert committee.
