About the Grant

The Youth Fund 2.0 is a strategic grant program designed to support young people in India who are committed to climate action and active citizenship. Recognizing that youth play a crucial role in addressing systemic challenges like climate change and social injustice, this initiative provides financial support, capacity-building, and mentorship to empower young leaders. The grant focuses on fostering collaboration among youth-led organizations, enabling them to take meaningful action and advocate for change at local, national, and global levels.

This initiative seeks to bridge the gap between youth aspirations and tangible action by offering small, flexible grants for community-driven projects. The fund prioritizes projects that engage diverse youth populations, especially those from marginalized communities, and supports efforts to strengthen advocacy, education, and grassroots movements. Through a power-shifting approach, the grant enables young leaders to take ownership of their projects, ensuring that their voices influence decision-making processes.

The Youth Fund exclusively supports initiatives in Karnataka, India, and encourages collective efforts that build networks, amplify youth leadership, and generate public engagement. Selected projects will benefit from training, guidance, and financial support, ensuring that young changemakers have the resources necessary to implement impactful solutions that address climate change and promote civic participation.
