About the Grant
The FRIAS Early Career Fellowships Programme is designed to support early-career researchers in conducting innovative and cross-disciplinary research projects. Who can Apply?
- The fellowship is open to researchers of any nationality with a completed doctoral degree and up to eight years of post-doctoral experience by the application deadline.
- Applicants must have at least six months of research or study experience at an institution in a country different from where they obtained their first academic degree.
- They must also propose a research project suitable for the University of Freiburg’s infrastructure and, if applicable, identify a host laboratory in Freiburg.
