About the Grant
The WWF-India Conservation Catalyst Programme (CCP) aims to empower grassroots conservationists and organizations dedicated to preserving wildlife and habitats. The program provides small grants (up to 6 Lakh INR per year) to support conservation initiatives and helps the awardees develop their communication, networking, fundraising, leadership, and institutional capabilities. By providing funding and mentorship, the program enables conservationists to increase their effectiveness and impact on wildlife conservation.
Who can Apply?
The CCP seeks exceptional individuals and organizations working at the grassroots level to conserve lesser-known species and habitats. Applicants should be committed to making a significant difference in conservation efforts for species and ecosystems in critical need of protection. Nominees can be conservation organizations or individuals with a proven track record of local impact. Awardees may also apply for repeat grants for continued conservation work.
