About the Grant
The Latin America & the Caribbean Climate Fellowship 2025 is a targeted initiative designed to empower climate-focused entrepreneurs from the region. This program supports founders who are actively developing solutions in climate mitigation, adaptation, and resilience. Sectors of interest include renewable energy, water technology, climate-smart agriculture, green building, climate data, and the blue economy. Selected ventures receive comprehensive support including expert-led workshops, mentorship, and an equity-free stipend to support travel. The program structure comprises a virtual kickoff, two immersive week-long residencies (in Mexico City and Colombia), and monthly virtual engagements. These sessions will cover essential areas such as product-market fit, investment readiness, and leadership development. Fellows also receive cloud credits from Amazon Web Services and gain access to a powerful network of global stakeholders, investors, and advisors. With only 10 ventures selected, the fellowship fosters an intimate, highly interactive learning experience. Each participant must commit fully to the program and its timeline. This grant not only provides financial support but also builds long-term entrepreneurial capacity within the climate innovation space. By equipping startups with the tools and networks they need, the fellowship aims to scale viable climate solutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
