About the Grant

HundrED invites educators, organizations, and innovators to share their work for a chance to be featured in the HundrED Global Collection, which highlights the 100 most promising educational innovations worldwide. The initiative seeks meaningful improvements in education, including new or adapted practices and technologies that enhance learning experiences. Selected innovations will gain global visibility, networking opportunities, and access to resources that can help scale their impact. To be considered, innovations must have been successfully implemented with their intended users for at least one year. HundrED follows a rigorous selection process involving external experts from its HundrED Academy, who assess applications based on two key criteria: impact and scalability. Impact refers to the innovation’s effectiveness in its context, demonstrating measurable improvements. Scalability considers how well the innovation can be adapted to different educational environments or expanded to new regions. By showcasing pioneering solutions, HundrED aims to inspire and support the global education community in adopting and implementing transformative ideas.

Who can Apply?

HundrED welcomes applications from individuals, educational institutions, organizations, and innovators working on solutions that enhance any part of the educational ecosystem. Eligible innovations must have been in active use for at least one year and should demonstrate a positive and measurable impact on education. The key evaluation criteria include:

  • Impact: The innovation should provide meaningful improvements within its educational context and have tangible benefits for learners, educators, or institutions.
  • Scalability: The solution should have potential for replication in different settings or show active efforts to expand its reach. Innovations that can be easily adapted by others are highly encouraged.
  • Implementation: Innovations must be fully developed and successfully tested with their intended audience. Prototypes or conceptual ideas without practical application will not be considered.
  • Educational Focus: Any innovation that improves learning outcomes, teaching methods, school operations, or other educational aspects is welcome. This includes technological solutions, new teaching methodologies, curriculum designs, or policy improvements.
