About Organisation
The IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) is a premier business incubator and the innovation and entrepreneurship arm of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, one of India’s top business schools. Established as a Not-for-Profit company, IIML EIC operates with support from the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) under the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh’s StartInUP initiative.
IIML EIC’s mission is to catalyze entrepreneurship by providing strategic mentorship, business development support, funding opportunities, and access to resources for early and growth-stage startups. Through its various programs, it enables entrepreneurs to commercialize their products and technologies effectively. The incubator currently supports a diverse portfolio of over 300 startups, focusing on innovation, impact-driven growth, and sustainable development. It continues to play a pivotal role in shaping India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem by fostering creativity, leadership, and innovation.
About the Grant
The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women India Program is a fully funded initiative designed to empower women entrepreneurs with the essential tools, knowledge, and networks needed to scale their businesses. Since its inception in 2008, the program has reached over 200,000 women globally and supported more than 3,800 women-led businesses in India. Delivered in partnership with leading management institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Lucknow, the program combines academic rigor with real-world insights.
Participants gain over 100 hours of learning, including three in-person teaching weeks, covering modules in financial management, marketing, negotiation, leadership, and innovation. The program helps women entrepreneurs develop a comprehensive business growth plan and apply it to their ventures.

Who can Apply?

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an owner or co-owner of the business.

The business must have been operational for at least one year.

Should have an annual turnover exceeding ₹30 lakhs.

The business must employ a minimum of three employees.

Applicants must not have previously graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program.
