The goal is to support scalable solutions that significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions or remove carbon from the atmosphere.

Applicants are evaluated based on three primary criteria: scalability, feasibility, and co-benefits. Projects should demonstrate substantial potential for emissions reduction or removal in the short and long term (2025-2050).
