The WFA Fellowship is a global mentorship initiative that supported over 450 participants in 2024 and is expanding further this year. It connects individuals across the food and agriculture sector—ranging from farmers to CEOs, scientists to AgTech professionals—through a structured mentorship model. Participants can choose to be mentors or mentees, dedicating just one hour per month. Mentors share insights and guidance based on their experience, while mentees gain valuable support for career growth.
