About Organisation
We are a dedicated social impact platform committed to fostering lasting change and building brighter futures in communities across the globe. Our mission is to help individuals take meaningful steps toward improving their local surroundings, focusing on reducing inequity and empowering collective action. Inspired by young changemakers such as Greta Thunberg and Malala Yousafzai, we believe in encouraging everyone to think critically about injustice, the environment, and the role of individual contributions in shaping a better future. In today’s interconnected world, awareness of global issues is at an all-time high, yet many people face uncertainty when it comes to taking tangible action. We aim to bridge this gap by offering guidance, opportunities, and platforms for engagement. Our work revolves around enabling individuals to step beyond their comfort zones, transforming intention into impactful action. We understand the struggles of those who want to help but feel unsure about where to start, and we are here to create clear pathways for them to do so. Through various programs and fellowships, we bring together motivated individuals, foster collaboration, and provide the skills and resources needed to tackle pressing social challenges with confidence and creativity.
About the Grant
This fellowship is designed to empower individuals in developing leadership, facilitation, and educational content creation skills while working directly with young students passionate about social change. Fellows will join “Tribes” of motivated youth, guiding them in exploring societal issues and fostering a strong sense of agency to create impact. The program offers an opportunity for personal and professional growth, ideal for individuals from diverse walks of life—whether you are a professional on a sabbatical, a parent seeking a career shift, a recent graduate exploring new directions, or a lifelong learner eager to contribute to society. Over the course of three months, fellows will receive hands-on experience in facilitation, curriculum design, and mentoring, with weekly offline interactions as part of a hybrid format. Placement will involve managing an online classroom of 20 students, enabling fellows to lead discussions, coordinate activities, and provide guidance. Many past fellows have transitioned into full-time educator roles or pursued advanced academic paths. This is not just a work opportunity, but a transformative journey to become a catalyst for meaningful change while receiving a competitive stipend for your efforts.
Who can Apply?
The fellowship is open to individuals who are committed to creating social impact and are eager to work with young learners on addressing important societal issues. To be eligible, applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. In addition, candidates must be at least 23 years old at the time of application. Work experience is a key requirement for selection, with a minimum of two years of professional exposure, which may include internships, part-time roles, teaching assistant positions, or other relevant work engagements. The fellowship seeks individuals with the ability to take initiative, adapt to diverse environments, and engage constructively with students. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a passion for education and social development, are highly valued. Whether your background lies in teaching, corporate work, non-profit initiatives, or any other sector, what matters most is your dedication to fostering change and your willingness to step out of your comfort zone to inspire others.
