Non-profit organizations registered in India with a minimum of three years of operational experience in the proposed state can apply for this grant. The NGO should demonstrate measurable outcomes in improving healthcare delivery and have experience in executing similar projects. Additionally, the organization should be able to set up and manage mobile healthcare units, recruit medical staff, and conduct health profiling of villages.
