About the Grant
The UNHCR Peru Protection and Support Opportunity invites qualified organizations to submit expressions of interest to become implementing partners under UNHCR Peru’s 2027–2029 Multiyear Strategy. The opportunity focuses on protecting and supporting refugees, asylum-seekers and other forcibly displaced people across priority regions of Peru. Activities may include access to asylum procedures, legal assistance, documentation, community-based protection, child protection, gender-based violence prevention and response, education, temporary shelter, case management, cash assistance, social cohesion and durable solutions. The opportunity is intended for organizations with relevant technical, operational and community-based experience that can effectively deliver protection and inclusion services to vulnerable displaced populations.
Who can Apply?
The opportunity is intended for qualified organizations capable of implementing protection and solutions programmes for forcibly displaced people in Peru. Potential implementing partners should demonstrate relevant technical and operational expertise in areas such as refugee and migrant protection, legal assistance, child protection, gender-based violence prevention and response, education, shelter, case management, cash assistance, community outreach or social cohesion. Organizations should have the capacity to operate effectively in the relevant geographic areas and demonstrate appropriate financial, administrative, monitoring and safeguarding systems. Experience working with refugees, asylum-seekers, vulnerable families and other forcibly displaced populations is particularly relevant to the partnership opportunity.
How to Apply?

Applicants should document their experience with refugees, asylum-seekers and vulnerable displaced populations, demonstrate operational and financial capacity, and explain their potential contribution to UNHCR’s 2027–2029 strategy.
