Who can Apply?
Proposals have to outline clean, possible objectives and sports, with an in-depth budget. Projects should exhibit clear motives, measurable outputs (e.g., activities, reviews), and predicted effects. Costs should be supplied in Kyrgyz soms, US dollars, and pounds sterling.
