About the Grant

The Global Changemaker Fellowship is a six-month virtual program designed to nurture and empower emerging leaders committed to social change. With a strong focus on youth-led localization, the fellowship equips young innovators to design and implement sustainable solutions to address challenges within their local communities. During the program, fellows continue advancing their initiatives while engaging in a series of immersive workshops, interactive training sessions, and personalized mentorship. The fellowship goes beyond skill-building to create a pipeline of resilient, forward-thinking leaders capable of tackling systemic problems from the ground up. Fellows gain access to a wealth of global knowledge, collaborative tools, and supportive networks, enabling them to grow their initiatives effectively. Key focus areas include systems thinking, which helps fellows design solutions that account for all stakeholders; thought leadership, to inspire and influence across diverse contexts; polarities management, which guides leaders through balancing interdependent values; and adaptive collaboration, which encourages creative, cooperative approaches to change. By the end of the fellowship, changemakers are expected to have sharpened their leadership abilities, expanded their networks, and strengthened their community projects. The program is designed not only to support individual growth but also to amplify collective impact for sustainable development.
