The grant initiative is open to applicants working in a broad spectrum of life science fields and is specifically intended to facilitate research in critical focus areas such as gene and cell therapy development, antibody drug discovery, vaccine development, AI-powered drug discovery, and diagnostics.
The LSRG Program offers a range of funding levels, allowing applicants to seek grants from USD 5,000 up to USD 100,000, depending on the nature and scope of their projects. These grants can significantly enhance the capacity of research institutions, biotechnology companies, and individual scientists to pursue innovative studies, develop prototypes, or conduct experimental trials. The selected grantees will receive credits to procure GenScript products and services aligned with their proposed research goals. Who can Apply?
The GenScript Life Science Research Grant Program is open to a wide range of global applicants involved in life science research. Eligible participants include legally recognized academic and research institutions, universities, and biotechnology companies that conduct scientific research in areas such as gene and cell therapy, antibody drug discovery, AI-driven drug development, vaccine innovation, and diagnostics.
Applicants must be legally authorized to perform research in their respective jurisdictions and must not be affiliated with any healthcare organizations, including hospitals or healthcare professionals. Employees of GenScript or its affiliated companies, along with their immediate family or household members, are strictly ineligible. Furthermore, any local, state, provincial, or federal government bodies and their employees are also excluded from participation.
Only one application per eligible organization is permitted, and collaborative applications involving multiple entities will not be accepted unless explicitly authorized by GenScript in writing. All applicants must ensure compliance with relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations. The program is open to participants worldwide, except where restricted or prohibited by law. By applying, participants agree to adhere to the program’s terms and conditions, and the decisions made by GenScript regarding eligibility, selection, and disbursement are final and binding.
