About the Grant

Who can Apply?
Eligible applicants include U.S.-based non-profit organizations, foreign non-profit organizations, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), public international organizations, foreign public entities, and both U.S. and foreign institutions of higher education. Additionally, U.S. for-profit organizations may apply. Applicants must demonstrate capability and experience in conducting related projects and should be able to foster collaborations that advance the program’s objectives. Proposals must align with the ISN/CTR mission to mitigate security threats posed by advanced technologies.
