About Organisation

Feeding India is a not-for-profit initiative working to address hunger and malnutrition across India. Its programmes focus on improving access to nutritious food for underserved communities, particularly children. The organisation collaborates with NGOs, community institutions and other partners to strengthen nutrition delivery and support initiatives that improve children’s health and well-being.

About the Grant

Feeding India invites eligible NGOs to explore partnership opportunities that contribute to its mission of building a hunger-free and malnutrition-free India. The organisation works with local partners to deliver nutritious meals to children through schools and Anganwadis, support kitchen operations and provide food assistance in underserved communities.

Potential areas of collaboration include regular meal programmes for children, school and Anganwadi feeding initiatives, dry ration support, kitchen infrastructure and nutrition interventions. Partnerships may also support the development and improvement of Anganwadi infrastructure, helping strengthen local systems that provide nutrition and care to children and mothers.

This opportunity is particularly relevant to NGOs with established community networks and experience working directly with children in vulnerable communities.

Who can Apply?

Feeding India works with NGOs operating schools, Anganwadis, childcare centres and education initiatives serving children in underserved communities. Organisations should have the infrastructure and operational capacity to support consistent meal delivery and nutrition-related activities.

According to Feeding India’s official NGO partnership guidance, prospective partners should have an NGO registration certificate, Section 12A registration, Section 80G approval (or applicable updated documentation) and PAN details. Organisations should also be able to demonstrate their work with children and their capacity to deliver programmes effectively.

How to Apply?

Interested NGOs can explore the partnership process through Feeding India’s official website. Organisations may register through the NGO partnership route or contact the organisation directly at contact@feedingindia.org.
Applicants should prepare their registration certificate, 12A and 80G documentation, PAN details, organisational profile and information about their existing child nutrition or community development programmes.
