Through immersive fellowship experiences, EF nurtures a dynamic global network of changemakers, comprising over 1,800 active Fellows across various sectors. These Fellows not only undertake projects of local and global significance but also build lifelong relationships with peers and thought leaders from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Eisenhower Fellowships empowers leaders to think innovatively, act collaboratively, and maximize their positive impact on society. The organization is rooted in the belief that people-to-people engagement across national boundaries can foster enduring global progress.

About the Grant

The Eisenhower Fellowships 2026 Global Program offers a transformative leadership development opportunity for mid-career professionals. Spanning nearly six weeks in spring 2026, the program includes both in-person and virtual components in the United States. It is designed to foster meaningful professional exchange, encourage collaboration, and help Fellows develop actionable projects that drive positive change in their home communities and globally. Participants will engage with leaders across industries, build lasting connections, and join a powerful network of change agents dedicated to creating impact. Fellows are expected to exhibit leadership potential, commitment to service, and a readiness to take full advantage of this enriching experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to broaden their horizons, expand their leadership capabilities, and engage in cross-cultural dialogue aimed at creating tangible improvements in society.
