About Organisation
Change Engine is dedicated to empowering exceptional non-profit founders in building organizations that drive large-scale, systemic change. Founded by alumni from prestigious institutions such as MIT, IIT Delhi, ISB, and Y Combinator, Change Engine brings together deep expertise in scaling impact-driven ventures. With a strong focus on strategic growth, they provide hands-on guidance to founders, helping them navigate challenges and amplify their mission.
Over the past two cohorts, Change Engine has supported six high-impact organizations, equipping them with the necessary tools to transition from pilot projects to large-scale initiatives. Their approach involves collaborating closely with founders to deeply understand the problem, build an evidence-based framework for change, and identify the most effective pathways to scale—whether through government, communities, or market-driven solutions.
The accelerator program is backed by an accomplished network of mentors, including Tanvi Bikhchandani, Vivek from Elevation Capital, Mukul from Pravega Ventures, Raman (Ex-COO of CRISIL), and Tarun from Indus Action. Through this initiative, Change Engine aims to foster the next generation of non-profits that can create meaningful and measurable impact at scale.
