About the Grant
The TribesforGOOD Fellowship is a 3-month full-time paid program designed to help individuals build facilitation, content creation, and curriculum design skills while contributing meaningfully to social change. Fellows collaborate with young students, helping them understand and engage with pressing societal issues. The fellowship welcomes individuals in career transitions, recent graduates, parents restarting careers, and lifelong learners seeking impact-driven work. Participants gain hands-on experience in education spaces, hybrid teaching environments, and community-led initiatives. With a monthly stipend of ₹17,500 and structured mentorship, the fellowship offers a transformative journey leading to opportunities in education and social impact careers.
Who can Apply?
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor’s degree and be at least 23 years old. Individuals pursuing a Master’s degree are eligible only if they are in their second year. A minimum of two years of work experience is required, including internships, part-time roles, teaching assistantships, or other relevant engagements. The program suits those passionate about education, youth development, facilitation, and social change, whether early-career professionals or individuals exploring purposeful career shifts. Applicants should be prepared for a full-time hybrid commitment with weekly travel for offline classes and the responsibility of managing a cohort of approximately 20 students.
