About the Grant

The Land Accelerator India (LA India) is a 14-month catalytic accelerator designed to strengthen India’s restoration economy by empowering early traction-stage entrepreneurs known as “Restoration Champions.” The program supports enterprises innovating in landscape restoration across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Participants receive core capacity-building training, peer learning opportunities, mentorship, and visibility support, along with travel and accommodation for in-person sessions. Top performers gain advanced training, dual mentorship, pitch development support, investor access, and a significant innovation prize. The program prioritizes women, rural innovators, and underrepresented groups to foster an inclusive, sustainability-driven entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Who can Apply?

Applications are open to for-profit enterprises registered in India, including DPIIT-recognised startups, MSMEs, and other companies. Eligible ventures must focus on restoration solutions such as sustainable agriculture, smart agri-tech, circular economy models, organic land management, or NTFP value-chain development. Applicants must have substantial operations in at least one of the following states: Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, or Maharashtra. Enterprises should be at the early traction stage, demonstrating launched products/services and active scaling. They must also be raising or planning to raise capital and be able to commit sufficient time to fully participate in the program.

How to Apply?

Interested enterprises can apply by submitting an application that outlines their business model, restoration impact, operational presence, and growth plans. Applicants should clearly highlight their traction stage, market-driven restoration approach, and readiness for acceleration. Selected finalists may undergo further evaluation before confirmation. Participation requires commitment to virtual and in-person sessions throughout the 14-month program. No fees or equity commitments are required.

The application deadline for Land Accelerator India is 7 December 2025, and aspiring Restoration Champions are encouraged to apply early due to the program’s competitive selection process.
