About Organisation
The Pathways Communication Grants program is designed to facilitate the dissemination of scientific findings from place-based research projects focused on sustainability. The initiative aims to reach non-academic audiences by promoting innovative communication strategies that make complex research accessible. By bridging the gap between scientific inquiry and public understanding, the program ensures that valuable insights contribute to sustainable development efforts. The grants empower researchers to engage with communities and foster broader awareness of sustainability pathways.
About the Grant
The Pathways Communication Grants support projects that creatively communicate scientific outcomes of completed place-based research focused on sustainability. With a funding range of €5,000 to €12,000, the program aims to help researchers produce impactful communication products that educate and engage diverse audiences. Priority is given to proposals led by researchers from low and middle-income countries and early-career researchers. The initiative seeks to promote the uptake of research findings beyond the academic community, enhancing public understanding and involvement in sustainability issues.
