About Organisation

The Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA), through the Cybersecurity Industry Call for Innovation (CyberCall) and the Cybersecurity Development Fund (CCDF), leads national efforts to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities and address emerging digital threats. These initiatives aim to accelerate the development of advanced cybersecurity technologies while nurturing a resilient and globally competitive cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. By working closely with Critical Information Infrastructure operators and strategic industry partners, CSA identifies mid- and long-term cybersecurity challenges and encourages companies to build innovative, future-ready solutions. The programs also support capability building, talent development, and collaborative innovation to enhance national digital resilience.

About the Grant

The CyberCall and CCDF grant supports the creation, testing, and adoption of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions addressing national and industry-specific needs. The program encourages companies to propose technologies that enhance threat defence, secure digital infrastructure, and strengthen cyber resilience across sectors. Supported domains include AI-driven cybersecurity, cybersecurity for AI systems, quantum-safe technologies, OT/IoT security, cloud security, and privacy-enhancing technologies. Each selected project can receive substantial funding to advance research, prototype development, and real-world validation. The grant aims to accelerate the deployment of transformative cybersecurity capabilities and ensure that innovative solutions are developed, owned, and commercialised within Singapore.

Who can Apply?

The grant is open to all companies registered in Singapore. Overseas applicants may participate only if they collaborate with a Singapore-registered partner that will own and manage the project’s foreground intellectual property. At least 50% of project manpower funded under the grant must consist of Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents working physically in Singapore. Projects already supported by other government agencies are not eligible. Proposals must focus on original development work rather than integration-only efforts. Applicants under the Open Category must also secure a committed cybersecurity end-user by the third project milestone to ensure real-world adoption potential.

How to Apply?

Applicants must prepare a detailed proposal outlining the cybersecurity challenge addressed, the innovation approach, technical specifications, development plan, expected outcomes, team capabilities, and budget. Supporting documents demonstrating company registration, manpower plans, and IP arrangements must be included. Overseas applicants must confirm partnership with a Singapore-registered entity before applying. Submissions must follow the official application process and adhere to all eligibility and milestone requirements. Only complete, well-structured proposals will be considered.

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted by January 13, 2026, with all required documents and partnership confirmations in place before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
