Applicants must operate in one of the eligible countries, which include Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Australia, Austria, and others. The organizations should have a proven track record of successful project implementation, financial accountability, and community impact. Preference will be given to initiatives that promote long-term solutions, innovation, and collaboration within Francophone networks.
Additionally, applicants must submit a well-defined project proposal outlining their objectives, expected outcomes, and budget requirements.
