About the Grant
The Wildlife Acoustics Grant Program supports researchers and conservationists by providing bioacoustics tools and software for projects that enhance wildlife research and conservation efforts. Awarded quarterly, the program offers two grant types: the Standard Product Grant, which provides up to $12,000 worth of products, and the Kaleidoscope Pro-Only Grant, which offers unlimited licenses for eligible applicants. Recipients are chosen based on the significance of their projects, particularly those utilizing wildlife vocalization recordings to drive data collection and analysis. Projects must contribute to scientific knowledge, long-term conservation, and measurable outcomes. Recipients are required to share project updates and acknowledge the support of Wildlife Acoustics.
Who can Apply?
Eligible applicants must be affiliated with charitable, educational, non-governmental, or other tax-exempt organizations. Projects should focus on using wildlife vocalization recordings for innovative data collection and analysis. How to Apply?
Applicants must submit a completed application in English, including organizational tax-exempt documentation and a letter of recommendation. Kaleidoscope Pro-only applications do not require a recommendation letter.
