Through this annual prize, The Bicester Collection offers financial support, mentorship, and access to global networks, enabling women social entrepreneurs to develop and scale their start-ups. By leveraging expertise from industry leaders and academic institutions, the programme ensures that winners receive comprehensive guidance to maximize their impact. About the Grant
The Unlock Her Future Prize is an annual initiative under The Bicester Collection’s DO GOOD programme, designed to support and empower women social entrepreneurs in South Asia. This prestigious prize provides financial, academic, and mentorship support to help women launch and scale their start-ups, accelerating progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The selected winners will receive up to $100,000 in funding to establish and expand their ventures. Additionally, they will gain university support, allowing them to access academic resources, enhance their expertise, and strengthen their business strategies. The programme also provides mentorship and guidance from global experts to develop leadership skills, boost productivity, and navigate entrepreneurial challenges.
Beyond funding and mentorship, the prize offers visibility and access to key partners, opening doors to influential networks, strategic collaborations, and global exposure. Winners will be honored at a gala awards ceremony in November 2025, where they will present their initiatives to global stakeholders. Through this initiative, The Bicester Collection aims to equip women with the tools, resources, and connections needed to drive sustainable impact and foster economic and social transformation within their communities.
Who can Apply?
The Unlock Her Future Prize is open to women social entrepreneurs who are passionate about driving social impact and committed to launching innovative solutions aligned with at least one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Gender & Age: Must be a woman entrepreneur aged 18 or above.
- Citizenship & Residency: Must be a citizen and resident of South Asia.
- Innovation & Impact: The applicant must have an innovative idea that addresses a pressing social challenge and is committed to creating meaningful change in South Asian communities.
- Operational Intent: The business idea must be registered and operated in South Asia to ensure direct impact in the region.
The prize prioritizes scalable, innovative, and sustainable solutions that have the potential to transform lives, empower communities, and contribute to sustainable development. Entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, ensuring a rich and inclusive cohort of changemakers.
How to Apply?
Interested applicants must complete an online application form detailing their project’s objectives, expected impact, and alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. CVs, resumes, or cover letters are not required. Applications must be submitted before the deadline for consideration.

The application period for the Unlock Her Future Prize closes on March 10, 2025. All submissions must be completed and submitted before the deadline.

Grant Amount
