About the Grant
The THT Conservation Grant supports organisations addressing India’s conservation challenges, particularly those focused on lesser-known species and critical habitats. The grant promotes holistically designed conservation efforts that consider ecosystems, species protection, and long-term sustainability. Awarded over a three-year period, the grant enables organisations to plan and implement sustained conservation interventions rather than short-term projects. Who can Apply?
The grant is open only to organisations working in the field of conservation in India. Eligible applicants must demonstrate experience in biodiversity conservation, species protection, habitat conservation, or ecosystem restoration. Organisations should have the capacity to design and implement multi-year conservation programmes and manage long-term funding responsibly. Individual applicants are not eligible. Proposals should align with holistic conservation approaches and focus on lesser-known species or critical habitats within India.
