Application Deadline

The application process is two-step. Applicants first complete a screening form to ensure they meet the basic requirements, and those who qualify are invited to submit a full proposal, which is reviewed by a Project Review Committee. Proposals are reviewed quarterly, with deadlines on December 1, 2025; March 1, 2026; June 1, 2026; and September 1, 2026. Successful applicants must complete a due diligence process, providing additional documentation such as incorporation certificates, financial statements, internal policies/procedures, annual reports, and reference letters.
