About Organisation
People to People Health Foundation is an Indian public-health organisation working to strengthen health systems and improve access to quality healthcare. The organisation focuses on partnerships and programmes that address important public-health challenges and support communities. As part of its tenth anniversary initiatives, PPHF has launched the PULSE Fund to invest in organisations already embedded within local communities. The programme focuses on non-communicable diseases, including hypertension, diabetes and common cancers, and aims to strengthen early screening and timely management through capable local implementing agencies.
About the Grant
The PPHF PULSE Fund 2026 will select up to five local implementing agencies in India to strengthen community-based screening and prevention of non-communicable diseases. Selected partners receive a 12-month grant together with dedicated PPHF mentorship, programme tools, training modules and communication materials. The programme focuses on early screening for hypertension, diabetes and common cancers and timely management or referral. Rather than creating entirely new community systems, PULSE seeks organisations that already have community relationships and can strengthen prevention and early detection activities through an established delivery network.
Who can Apply?
The opportunity is open to Indian non-profit organisations with at least three years of registration and a demonstrated track record in community health. Applicants must hold valid 12A and 80G registrations and have three years of audited accounts. Organisations should have meaningful experience working directly with communities and should be capable of implementing or strengthening early screening and prevention activities for non-communicable diseases. The programme is particularly relevant to organisations with existing community-health infrastructure, local partnerships and experience in reaching underserved populations.
How to Apply?
Eligible organisations should download the two-page PULSE Fund application provided by PPHF and complete the required information about their organisation and community-health work. The completed application should be submitted by email to PPHF at the address specified in the official call. Applicants should clearly demonstrate their community-health experience and ability to conduct early screening and timely management of priority non-communicable diseases.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is 16 October 2026.
