The HCLTech Grant, now in its 11th edition, is a flagship CSR initiative by HCLFoundation designed to support breakthrough rural development projects proposed by credible NGOs. In this cycle, the grant focuses on four key thematic areas: Biodiversity, Water, Health, and Education. The initiative aims to fuel transformational change by awarding substantial multi-year funding to NGOs that can demonstrate measurable impact and sustainability. Each of the four selected NGOs—one in each category—will receive ₹5 Crore to implement a four-year project that drives deep-rooted development outcomes. Additionally, eight NGOs (two in each category) will be recognized as runners-up, each receiving ₹50 Lakhs for a two-year project. This expanded funding pool, amounting to ₹24 Crores, underscores the foundation’s commitment to long-term, systemic impact in rural areas. HCLFoundation’s approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and excellence, supporting organizations with proven strategies and a clear implementation roadmap.
