About Organisation
The Institute for Research and Growth is a policy and research-driven organisation focused on advancing development outcomes through evidence-based initiatives and multi-stakeholder collaboration. It works across sectors to strengthen institutional capacity, promote innovation, and support scalable solutions aligned with national priorities. Through thematic awards, research platforms, and national convenings, the organisation recognises impactful grassroots efforts and encourages knowledge exchange between practitioners, policymakers, and experts. By convening platforms such as national conclaves and sector-focused awards, it aims to amplify transformative models that address pressing development challenges, including public health, nutrition, sustainability, and climate-linked vulnerabilities across India.
About the Grant
The Glenmark Nutrition Awards 2026 recognise NGOs implementing innovative and scalable nutrition interventions aligned with national development priorities. The awards focus on early childhood nutrition (0–6 years), maternal and child health, community-led behaviour change, nutrition vulnerability reduction, and sustainable nutrition models. Two award categories—Urban NGO Solutions and Rural NGO Solutions—will honour impactful initiatives operating in diverse contexts. Selected organisations will be recognised at the National Conclave on Nutrition & Climate Goals 2026 at IIT Delhi. Each category winner will receive financial support along with mentorship to strengthen programme scale, sustainability, and long-term impact in nutrition ecosystems.
Who can Apply?
Applications are open to non-governmental organisations implementing innovative and scalable nutrition-focused programmes. Eligible NGOs must demonstrate alignment with at least one of the identified focus areas, including early childhood nutrition, maternal and child health, behaviour change communication, vulnerability reduction, or sustainable nutrition models. Both urban and rural programme implementers are eligible under respective award categories. Applicants should showcase measurable impact, community engagement, and potential for replication or scale. Organisations must be operational and actively delivering interventions that contribute to improved nutrition outcomes in alignment with national priorities and long-term public health goals.
How to Apply?
Interested NGOs must submit their nominations under the appropriate category—Urban or Rural NGO Solutions—before the specified deadline. Applications should clearly outline programme objectives, target beneficiaries, measurable outcomes, scalability, and alignment with focus areas. Supporting documentation demonstrating impact and sustainability should be included as part of the submission process.
