About the Grant
The Cynnal Endowment Fund – Groups aims to enhance educational opportunities for children and young people up to the age of 18 in Gwynedd and Ynys Môn. Funding can be used for both capital and operational costs, enabling organizations to deliver impactful, non-statutory educational activities.
Who can Apply?
Eligible applicants include charities, non-profit community organizations, and schools located in Gwynedd or Ynys Môn that provide educational projects beyond the standard curriculum. Applicants must:

Operate on a not-for-profit basis with a dissolution clause in their constitution.

Have at least three unrelated trustees or committee members.

Maintain an active safeguarding policy and adequate insurance coverage.

Hold a bank account in the organization’s name with at least two authorized signatories.
Grants cannot be awarded retrospectively or for statutory costs.
