The Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program 2026 is a prestigious leadership recognition initiative that honors individuals demonstrating exceptional kindness and collaborative leadership. It identifies 50 outstanding leaders, known as “Leading Lights,” who embody the 10 Principles of Kindness in their work and influence. This global leadership recognition program does not offer financial funding but provides visibility, credibility, and networking opportunities. Selected leaders gain international recognition and are celebrated on World Kindness Day. The program is ideal for professionals seeking leadership awards in the Asia Pacific region and aims to inspire a new wave of compassionate leadership across industries.
Who can Apply?
The Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program 2026 is open to leaders from all sectors working in the Asia Pacific region for at least two years. Eligible candidates must hold positions of influence within their organizations and demonstrate a strong commitment to kindness-driven leadership. There are no age or gender restrictions. Nominees should show measurable impact through collaboration, empathy, and positive organizational culture. Self-nominations are not allowed; candidates must be nominated by someone who can provide credible testimonials and supporting evidence. This leadership opportunity is ideal for professionals creating meaningful change through ethical and compassionate leadership practices.
How to Apply?
To apply for the Asia Pacific Kindness and Leadership Program 2026, a third party must submit the nomination. Each application must include two testimonials from individuals impacted by the nominee, a detailed citation explaining their leadership impact, and a declaration confirming the accuracy of the information. Since self-nominations are not permitted, nominators must ensure strong supporting documentation highlighting the candidate’s leadership and kindness.
