The Melton Foundation is an international non-profit organization promoting global citizenship and cross-cultural collaboration to address pressing global challenges. Founded nearly 30 years ago, it operates in over 25 countries with key bases in India, Chile, China, Ghana, Germany, and the USA. With a network of 600+ Melton Fellows, the Foundation empowers individuals to lead social change, advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and build equitable, inclusive communities worldwide.
About the Grant
The Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 is an 8-month capacity-building program designed for 20 social impact leaders working toward the SDGs. Fellows refine their community projects, strengthen leadership skills, and engage in peer learning, mentorship, and global collaboration. Participants create change at individual, community, and systemic levels through guided modules, creative assignments, and expert sessions. Graduates join the Melton Foundation’s lifelong Senior Fellows Network of 650+ changemakers worldwide.
Who can Apply?
The program welcomes young community development practitioners aged 20–35 who demonstrate leadership, curiosity, and commitment to social change. Applicants should have a proven track record of social impact and currently lead or be actively involved in a social impact project. Ideal candidates are forward-thinking individuals eager to collaborate across cultures, exchange ideas, and contribute meaningfully to advancing sustainable development and global citizenship.
How to Apply?
Eligible candidates can apply online for the Global Solvers Accelerator 2026 until 1 December 2025. Applicants must submit details about their social impact project, leadership journey, and motivation for joining the program. Selected participants will engage in an 8-month virtual and collaborative experience with global peers and mentors to enhance their impact and leadership capacity.
