About the Grant
The Future of Work Fund was launched by LinkedIn to support nonprofit organizations preparing young adults and career starters for an AI-powered workforce. Recognizing that artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming job skills and employment pathways, the fund provides cash grants and in-kind support to initiatives that promote economic inclusion. The program prioritizes solutions that help individuals overcome barriers to employment, adapt to changing skill requirements, and access new opportunities created by AI. By investing in innovative workforce development models, the fund aims to ensure that no one is left behind during this period of labor market transition.
