About the Grant
The Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded, online leadership development fellowship designed for limited-income and first-generation university students worldwide. The program is flexible, interactive, and structured to support participants alongside their academic or professional commitments. It features two immersive modules: personal and professional development, and the Aspire Horizons leadership course delivered by Harvard University faculty. Participants gain access to strengths-based assessments, resume and interview guidance, networking tools, and live global cohort interactions. The curriculum explores leadership, trust-building, digital transformation, AI, and community problem-solving. The program fosters confidence, global exposure, and readiness to lead meaningful change.
Who can Apply?
The fellowship is open to young individuals aged 18–29 who come from limited-income backgrounds or identify as first-generation university students. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university program or have recently graduated. The program seeks motivated young leaders who want to develop their professional abilities, understand their leadership style, and contribute to positive change within their communities. There are no restrictions based on field of study or nationality, ensuring broad global access. Applicants should be prepared to participate actively in online sessions, engage with a diverse international cohort, and commit to completing all program components.
How to Apply?
Applicants must complete the online application form for Cohort 1 of the 2026 Aspire Leaders Program. The process involves submitting basic information, academic details, and eligibility confirmations. No application fee is required. Once submitted, eligible applicants may be invited to continue through subsequent stages of the program.
