About the Grant
The Ockenden International Prizes 2024 offer unrestricted grants to support organizations working to enhance self-reliance among refugees and displaced people. Each of the five winning organizations will receive GBP 25,000.
The prizes are awarded based on the effectiveness of initiatives in improving the lives of refugees or displaced individuals, with a focus on projects demonstrating measurable outcomes and sound financial governance.
Who can Apply?
- Eligible applicants are not-for-profit organizations registered with their national or local government bodies. Entries must be in English and submitted in USD or GBP.
- Organizations can submit one entry per year and must demonstrate the effectiveness of their program, with measurable evidence of positive impact.
- The project must be operational for at least six months by March 1, 2024.
- Winners are ineligible to apply for the following three years.
