About Organisation
The Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), an initiative of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, supports civil society organizations in driving policy change to improve public health worldwide. With support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, GHAI partners globally to advance evidence-based advocacy in areas such as nutrition, road safety, cardiovascular health, and tobacco control. It empowers local advocates to create sustainable policy solutions for healthier, more equitable societies.
About the Grant
The GHAI Rapid Response Fund (RRF) aims to empower civil society organizations in low- and middle-income countries to engage in timely advocacy around food policy. The fund supports evidence-informed campaigns that reduce the consumption of ultra-processed foods and sugary beverages while promoting access to nutritious food. Designed for urgent opportunities, the RRF also helps counter harmful policies, defend existing health regulations, or strengthen current measures through improved implementation.
