About the Grant

AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL) has issued a call for proposals inviting eligible organizations to participate in its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts. This initiative aims to establish a pre-screened pool of credible, community-oriented projects that AIASL may consider for support in the future. The focus is on identifying proposals that align with CSR goals such as community development, social equity, education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and overall societal welfare. All proposals must comply with the provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014, including their subsequent amendments. Additionally, proposals must adhere to CSR guidelines issued by the Department of Public Enterprises. It’s important to note that the issuance of this call does not imply any obligation on AIASL’s part to fund or approve any of the proposals. Submitting a proposal is only an expression of interest and does not ensure evaluation or selection. AIASL holds complete discretion to accept, reject, or consider any proposal, regardless of whether it was submitted through this specific call. The initiative represents AIASL’s commitment to creating impactful collaborations that contribute meaningfully to national and community development goals.

Who can Apply?

This call for proposals is open to a wide range of organizations that are actively involved in social development and welfare initiatives. Eligible applicants include registered non-governmental organizations (NGOs), not-for-profit institutions, and other qualifying entities that work to improve the lives of marginalized and underserved communities. All applicants must be officially registered under Indian law and should possess a valid CSR-1 certificate issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This certification demonstrates their eligibility to receive CSR funding in compliance with government regulations. In addition to registration, organizations must demonstrate a credible track record of successful project implementation in sectors such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, livelihood development, women empowerment, or community-based interventions. Proposals that fail to adhere to the legal and procedural framework laid out in Section 135 of the Companies Act, the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, and the CSR guidelines from the Department of Public Enterprises will not be considered. It is essential for applicants to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with AIASL’s CSR objectives. Being part of the proposal pool, however, does not guarantee funding or selection, as the final decision rests solely with AIASL.
