Who can Apply?
Eligible applicants are tax-exempt organizations such as universities, research institutions, and nonprofit organizations. Individuals cannot apply directly. The foundation encourages participation from underrepresented institutions, including minority-serving organizations. Principal Investigators must have the expertise and experience required to conduct the proposed research. Only one application per cycle is allowed per Principal Investigator. Proposed studies must align with the program’s focus and address outcomes for youth aged 5–25 in the United States. Projects must be research-focused; funding does not cover operational activities, scholarships, or program implementation costs.
