About the Grant
CLP gives as much as $15,000 presents to early-career conservation groups. Awardees acquire leadership schooling, and mentorship, and assist in enforcing small-scale conservation initiatives. Successful projects can qualify for added funding and lengthy-time period support via CLP’s Continuation Awards and Alumni Network.
Who can Apply?
- At least 3 members, all nationals of the assignment country(exceptions allowed for non-national participants with justified knowledge).
- Early-career conservationists with less than five years of work revel in. No minimum schooling is required. Cannot be hired with the aid of CLP accomplice groups.
- Based in an eligible low- or middle-profits country, that specializes in at least one globally threatened species. Must be new paintings, no longer a continuation of an existing mission.
- Maximum $15,000 requested, with CLP funding at least 50% of the full budget.
