About the Grant
The Sports for Transformation Fellowship is a two-year residential programme designed for young people who want to use sport as a tool for social impact. The fellowship combines classroom learning, mentorship, and hands-on field experience to build leadership, community engagement, and project management skills. Fellows work directly with communities, design and implement sports-based initiatives, and gain practical exposure to sports programming, event management, and grassroots development. The programme aims to nurture a new generation of leaders who can drive inclusion, address local challenges, and create meaningful change through sport.
