About Organisation
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) is the United Nations agency dedicated to promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality, and the wellbeing of women, girls, and young people. Working with governments, civil society organisations, and development partners, UNFPA supports initiatives addressing maternal health, family planning, adolescent development, gender-based violence, and harmful social practices. In India, UNFPA collaborates with national and state-level institutions to strengthen healthcare systems, improve access to essential services, and promote the rights and wellbeing of vulnerable communities.
About the Grant
The UNFPA India Rajasthan NGO Partnership 2026 invites eligible non-governmental organisations to submit proposals for prospective partnerships addressing sexual and reproductive health and rights, gender equality, and adolescent development in Rajasthan.
The programme aims to strengthen health systems, improve maternal healthcare and family planning services, and expand access to adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health services. It also supports interventions addressing gender-based violence, child marriage, gender-biased sex selection, and other harmful practices.
Selected organisations will work with UNFPA on programme implementation and activities aligned with the agency’s development priorities. The initial partnership and workplan are expected to cover 2027, subject to the availability of resources and applicable UNFPA procedures.
A fixed grant amount has not been publicly specified. Organisations are expected to submit activity-based budgets that reflect the proposed programme and implementation requirements.
Who can Apply?
The opportunity is open to registered Indian NGOs with relevant experience in reproductive and maternal health, adolescent development, gender equality, and community-based interventions.

Organisations must also demonstrate sound financial management, safeguarding policies, programme monitoring systems, and relevant technical expertise.
Priority geographical areas include Udaipur, Sawai Madhopur, and Jaisalmer, although the partnership is intended to have statewide coverage across Rajasthan.
How to Apply?
