Through participatory grantmaking and peer learning, DRF ensures that disabled leaders play a central role in shaping policies and social transformation. The organization promotes intersectionality, integrating disability rights with broader human rights issues such as gender equality, climate justice, and economic inclusion, fostering a more just and inclusive world.
