About Organisation
The AGCO Agriculture Foundation (AAF) was founded in 2018 by AGCO Corporation as a private, not-for-profit organization. Its mission is to support food security and sustainable agricultural development globally. By working with nonprofit organizations, AAF aims to transform lives in farming communities through action-oriented and youth-focused programs. These programs are designed to ensure food and nutrition security, empower the next generation of agricultural leaders, and contribute to sustainable food systems. The foundation receives annual endowments from AGCO Corporation to implement strategic initiatives. AAF is headquartered in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with operational activities in Stoneleigh, UK.
About the Grant
The AGCO Agriculture Foundation calls for grant proposals from nonprofits aiming to support the next generation of agricultural leaders. The grants target youth-driven innovations and agri-food startups that contribute to sustainable food systems. These grants focus on addressing challenges within the global agri-food sector, promoting transformative solutions, and creating dignified green job opportunities. Nonprofits should design programs that empower young farmers and startups through innovative solutions in areas such as digital agriculture, climate resilience, and food innovations. Successful proposals will support youth-led, high-impact innovations that align with the foundation’s mission.
